Description- An encaustic "tapestry" rich with color, texture and mediums brought this piece to life.

Inspiration- My process began with the intention of creating an encaustic "tapestry", reminiscent of a concept used in quilting to demonstrate multiple techniques assembled as a "sampler". Each section of this "tapestry" explores the use of technique, mediums, texture and composition, inviting the viewer to linger and explore the limitless encaustic applications.
